摘　　要：根据ECE R129法规的要求,设计了儿童约束系统进行侧面碰撞试验时使用的侧撞门填充材料的测试设备,主要包括球头结构、电磁释放机构,配合加速度传感器和数据采集器构成了填充材料的测试系统.使用该系统对多种材料进行了测试,最终找到了满足法规要求的材料组合.According to the requirements for ECE R129 regulations, the test system of side impact door padding materials is designed. This test system mainly includes ball head, electromagnetic release mechanism, acceleration sensor and data acquisition. The system is used to test a variety of materials, and finally a combination of materials which meets the ECE R129 regulatory requirements is found.
