摘　　要：分析介绍了福建海峡银行办公大楼结构设计特点及结构体系,超限类型及核心筒剪力墙、跃层柱抗震性能目标,超限设计时多遇地震下多个计算程序核对及弹性动力时程分析、设防地震下关键结构构件的性能目标计算、罕遇地震下的推覆计算,以及结构设计采用的空心楼板、型钢混凝土柱、预应力梁等。This article introduce the structural design characteristics and structure system of Fujian Haixia Bank Office Tower,it also discuss the out-of-codes type 、seismic performance objectives of the core shear walls and the cross-column、checking with multiple software and the elastic time processing analysis under frequent earthquake、performance-based seismic design of the key components、push-over analysis under rare earthquake. Besides,this article introduce the hollow floor、the steel reinforced concrete column and the prestressed concrete beam.
