摘  要:目的对大鼠多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)模型建立的方法进行探讨。方法将75只大鼠随机分为4组(正常组15只,大肠杆菌法模型组20只,内毒素试剂法模型组20只,酵母多糖法模型组20只),钳断模型组大鼠左下肢,4h后无菌条件下分别于腹腔注射大肠杆菌、内毒素、酵母多糖,比较各组大鼠造模成功率,记录各模型组所需费用和造模难易度。结果各模型组造模成功大鼠符合MODS实验诊断标准。大肠杆菌组成功率明显高于酵母多糖组(90.0%vs35.0%,P<0.05),与内毒素组比较的差异无统计学意义(90.0%vs 60.0%,P>0.05),大肠杆菌法、内毒素试剂法、酵母多糖法造模总费用分别为40.0、123.3、325.7元。酵母多糖造模过程复杂。结论钳断大鼠左下肢联合腹腔注射大肠杆菌造模成功率高、成本低,值得推广。Objective To investigate the method study on establishing rat model of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods The 75 rats were randomly divided into four groups(15rats for the normal group,20 rats for the Escherichia coli model group,20 rats for the endotoxin model group,20 rats for the Zymosan model group).The rats of models were made by left legs fracture and then with Escherichia coli or Zymosan or endotoxin peritoneal injection after 4hours.The rate of successful model,cost of each model group and modeling difficulty were compared between the three groups.Results Successful modeling rats of each model group were accorded with the diagnostic criteria of MODS.The rate of successful model of Escherichia coli was higher than zymosan group(90.0%vs 35.0%,P〈0.05).There wast significant difference in the rate of successful model between group Escherichia coli and group endotoxin(90.0%vs 60.0%,P〉0.05).The total cost of each rat was respectively $40,$123.3,$325.7in Escherichia coli group,endotoxin group and zymosan group.Zymosan group modeling process was complicated.Conclusion The Escherichia coli group is high rate of successful model,and cost savings.Left legs fracture and then with Escherichia coli peritoneal injection is worth promoting.
