摘　　要：现代生活中,化工产品与人们的日常生活密切相关。传统化工的生产模式会对环境、人类健康和生活安全产生不利影响,而绿色化工生产模式可有效降低传统化工生产带来的环境污染,以及对人类健康的危害性。绿色化工生产模式涉及绿色化学、智能技术、生产工艺、废弃物处理、环境保护、事故防范与处理等多个方面。智能技术已在制造业(如汽车、飞机、家电和纺织等),数据分析,商务和建筑等领域得到实际应用,并显示出了其独特的优势。介绍了智能技术在绿色化工的化学品设计、化学品危险和危害预警中的应用。In modern life, chemical products are closely related with our life. The traditional chemical production patterns have adverse effects on environment, human health and life safety, and green chemical production pattern will effectively reduce the environmental pollution and human health hazard which are caused by traditional chemical production. The green chemical production pattern is related to green chemistry, intelligent technology, production process, waste treatment, environmental protection, prevention and treatment of accidents and so on. Intelligent technology has been applied in manufacturing（such as automobile, aircraft, household appliance and textile and so on）, data analysis, business and architecture, and it has shown unique advantages. The applications of intelligent technology in the design of chemicals, early warning of risk and hazard of chemicals in green chemical industry are introduced.
