摘 要:冶金法多晶硅因其价格低廉、环境友好等优势逐渐成为制备硅基太阳能电池的主要原材料.定向凝固技术在多晶硅提纯和多晶硅晶体生长方面扮演着重要角色.本文主要综述近年来国内外采用定向凝固技术制备冶金法多晶硅的研究进展以及多晶硅铸锭缺陷等方面的研究,简要概述了近年来准单晶硅和高效多晶硅的研究进展.同时因其具有低成本、高转换效率的优势,二者都将是未来多晶硅的发展趋势.Due to its advantages like low price,environmental friendliness and other advantages,metallurgical grade silicon has gradually become the main raw material for the silicon solar cells. The technology of directional solidification plays an important role in the purification and the growth of multicrystalline silicon. This paper aims to overview both domestic and international research progresses on metallurgical grade silicon produced with the method of directional solidification as well as the researches regarding casting silicon ingot defects,with brief introduction to studies in the quasi monocrystalline silicon and high- efficiency multicyrstalline silicon in recent years. Due to their advantages like low cost and high conversion efficiency,both quasi monocrystalline silicon and high- efficiency multicyrstalline silicon are promising development trends of multicrystalline silicon in the future.
