勃氏甜龙竹水对高血脂大鼠肝脏的病理学影响

摘　　要：为从肝脏的病理组织学改变的角度研究甜龙竹水对高血脂大鼠肝脏病理变化的影响,用高脂饲料饲喂清洁级雄性SD大鼠,建立高血脂大鼠模型,分别在建模过程中和饲喂8周成功建模后,饲喂甜龙竹水和立普妥,预防和治疗高血脂的发生,并设立空白对照组.取各组大鼠肝脏,制作冰冻切片及石蜡切片,进行油红O、HE和Masson染色,光镜下检查肝脏的脂肪变性分度、炎症分级、纤维化分期.结果显示:竹水预防高血脂组,比建模成功后饲喂竹水治疗组的肝脏脂肪变性程度明显减轻,表明甜龙竹水对高血脂相关肝脏病变的发生有预防作用;同时,竹水治疗组比对照模型组的肝脏病变更轻,表明甜龙竹水对高血脂肝脏病变发生后有一定的治疗作用.本研究发现为甜龙竹水作为保健功能食品的开发提供了科学依据.To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of dendrocalamus brandisii juice on liver fatty pathological changes of the hyperlipemia rats,high fat diet is used to feed the Sprague- Dawley（ SD） male rats. During the feeding or after the model establishing,dendrocalamus brandisii juice and lipitor are fed to determine their prevention or treatment effect on liver fatty pathological changes. The blank control or un- feeding control group is also set up.The animal model of fatty liver is successfully established by pathological examination after 8 weeks. At 8 weeks of feeding treatment after model establishment,the liver sample all rats are collected,and then conducted to make the frozen section and the paraffin section. Subsequently,the oil red O staining,HE and Masson staining are carried out;the fatty degeneration,inflammatory degree and staging of liver fibrosis are further observed using optical microscope.It is shown through the results that an obviously pathological relieve effect of juice is observed in juice preventive group in comparison with that of model group. The same relief effect is also identified in juice treatment group although with milder action. These findings suggest that dendrocalamus brandisii have preventive and some treatment effects on liver fatty pathological changes of the hyperlipemia rat. This investigation may provide a necessary scientific basis for the development of dendrocalamus brandisii juice as health protective and functional food.
