摘  要:以单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)球为模板,聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)为表面活性剂,硫酸氧钛为前驱液,通过水解-溶胶法在低温条件下实现了自组装TiO_2微球在钛基体表面的沉积,然后将其煅烧去除PS球,得到空心TiO_2球,将此基体浸入模拟体液(SBF)中来观察表面磷灰石的生长情况.通过XRD和SEM对表面物相组成和微观形貌分析可知:TiO_2球平均粒径为1.2μm,分散性较好,与基体有良好的结合力,且该基体表面TiO_2在1天内就能够诱导羟基磷灰石的生长,说明其具有良好的生物活性.此外,纳米结构TiO_2的组成、形貌和结构可以通过调整组装温度和PS质量浓度来实现可控.TiO_2nanopowder was attained with TiOSO_4 as precursor at low temperature by hydrolysis method,and TiO_2 were fabricated on titanium substrates by layer-by-layer selfassembly technology using polystyrene(PS)as template and Poly styrene sulfonate(PSS)as surfactant.Then the PS was eliminated by heating to obtain hollow sphere TiO_2. The morphology,size and crystal shape were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that the size of TiO_2 sphere was 1.2μm,well distributed,apatite deposited on the substrate after immersion in simulated body fluid(SBF)for 1day and has good binding force with Ti substrates.Moreover,the morphology,structure and the amount of TiO_2 were related with reaction temperature and PS concentration in treating solution.
