穴位埋线对高血压前期的临床干预疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线疗法对痰湿质高血压前期人群血压的影响,评价穴位埋线疗法的有效性。方法将痰湿质高血压前期人群50例,随机分为埋线组与药物组,每组25例。埋线组给予穴位埋线,每10 d埋线1次,1次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。药物组给予口服半夏白术天麻汤,7 d为1个疗程,间隔3 d后进行第2个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。以血压为观察指标,测定治疗前与疗程结束后相关指标值。结果埋线组与药物组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组间治疗后SBP、DBP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线疗法防治高血压前期具有确切的疗效,能有效地降低SBP、DBP。穴位埋线疗法在相同的疗程下,改善SBP、DBP方面优于半夏白术天麻汤。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread-embedding on the blood pressure in prehypertension patients with dampness-phlegm constitution,and to evaluate the effectiveness of acupoint thread-embedding.Method Fifty prehypertension patients with dampness-phlegm constitution were randomized into a thread-embedding group and a medication group,25 cases in each group.The thread-embedding group was intervened by acupoint thread-embedding,once every 10 d,1 session as a treatment course,totally for 3 courses.The medication group was intervened by oral administration of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,7 d as a treatment course,with a 3-day interval between 2 courses,totally for 3 treatment courses.The blood pressure was measured before and after the intervention.Result The systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were significantly changed after the intervention in the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the intervention,the differences in SBP and DBP were statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint thread-embedding is effective in preventing and treating prehypertension,as it can effectively down-regulate SBP and DBP.Under the same treatment duration,acupoint thread-embedding can produce a more significant efficacy in improving SBP and DBP compared to Banxi Baizhu Tianma decoction.
