摘  要:采用数值模拟仿真技术预测了10000 m^3球罐焊后整体热处理时球壁温度场、应力场和位移形变,运用有限元分析方法对球罐焊后热处理的强度与刚度进行评定。对该球罐焊后热处理工艺的可行性采用上述方法进行验证后,成功地实施了焊后整体热处理,各项检测全部合格,并已安全服役3年多。在国内外率先提出"焊后热处理工艺验证"的概念,成功实施了世界首台10000 m^3球罐的焊后热处理,表明我国焊后热处理从"感性"开始进入"理性"阶段,对确保承压设备安全性有十分重要意义。Before implementation of post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tank, tank wall temperature field, stress field and displacement deformation were predicted by numerical simulation technology, and strength and stiffness of spherical tank after heat treatment were evaluated by using finite element analysis method. After virtual post weld heat treatment process validation test, post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tanks was successfully implemented. Test indexes of spherical tank were fully accepta- ble, and this spherical tank had serviced safely for three years. Under the guidance of the concept of process validation of post weld heat treatment which was firstly proposed at home and abroad, first post weld heat treatment for 10000 m3 spherical tank was successfully implemented. This indicates that post weld heat treatment for spherical tank in our country had already been in reasonable stage from sensitive stage, and it is very important to ensure the safety of pressure equipment.
