摘　　要：莱芜生姜因其优良品质而闻名,又因其历史悠久、标出性强而成长为地方的一种文化符号,通过分析其内部能指与所指的意指结构关系,和该符号与其它能指符号的相互关系,找寻不同社会主体对该符号的操作行为、意图及最终形成的符号文本,从命名,修辞,叙述,心理和意识形态层面分析莱芜生姜文化资源的符号学价值,构建莱芜生姜文化符号圈,为当地生姜文化产业的发展提供理论依据。Laiwu Ginger was well-received for its high quality while growing into a cultural symbol for its long history and markedness. With referrence to its semiotic relationship between the signifier and the signified, between the signifier of cultural symbols and other symbols, it is anaylized how the locals operated the symbol with different intentions, forming various texts. Moreover, the semiotic value of Laiwu Ginger was explored in terms of naming, rhetoric, narratology, psychology and ideology. Therefore, the semotic circle of Laiwu Ginger culture was built for the benefit of the development of Laiwu Ginger industries, which provided a theoretical model for cultural analysis.
