摘  要:目的探讨新疆维吾尔族居民饮食特点与静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的相关性。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院心力衰竭科静脉血栓栓塞症患者160例(VTE组)和正常体检者200例(对照组),采用食物频率问卷(FFQ)调查饮食摄入情况,使用非条件Logistic回归分析营养素与VTE的关系。结果 (1)VTE组患者肌酐、甘油三酯、脂蛋白-α、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体水平均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)VTE组患者饮食中总能量、脂肪、蔬菜、红肉及加工肉与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)在调整了甘油三酯、脂蛋白-α、同型半胱氨酸和总能量因素对各项营养素的混杂影响之后,与参照水平Q1比较,脂肪、红肉及加工肉摄入的摄入是VTE的危险因素,随着日摄入量增加危险度亦相应增加。而蔬菜的摄入是VTE的保护因素,随着日摄入量增加保护性亦相应增加。结论 VTE发生可能与维吾尔族居民饮食相关,高脂肪和红肉及加工肉摄入为VTE发生的危险因素,而蔬菜是其保护因素。Objective To investigate the etiological factors which led to venous thromboembolism( VTE) in the Uyghur nationality based on dietary and nutrients. Methods 160 cases of VTE and 200 cases of normal control were selected from hospitalized patients. Dietary nutrients intakes were estimated using Food Frequency Questionnaire( FFQ). Non-conditional Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between nutrients and VTE.Results( 1) The creatinine,triglyceride,lipoprotein-a,homocysteine and D-dimer level in VTE group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05).( 2) The differences of total energy,fat,vegetables,red meat and processed meat between VTE group and control group were statistically significant( P〈 0. 05).( 3) After adjusting for triglycerides,lipoprotein-a and homocysteine and total energy factors on the confounding effects of various nutrients,compared with the reference level Q1,the intake of fat,red meat and processed meat were the risk factors for VTE,and the risk of VTE increased with increasing of intake of these foods. The intake of vegetable was protection factor of VTE,and the protective effect increased with the increase of daily intake vegetable. Conclusion VTE may be associated with Uighur's diet. High fat and red meat processing meat intake may be the risk factors of VTE,and vegetables may be its protective factor.
