妊娠糖尿病对新生儿影响的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠糖尿病对新生儿的影响,提出合理化建议。方法在中国知网中选择期刊数据库,按照设定的检索条件进行检索,将结果进行保存,利用文献题录信息统计分析工具SATI3.2统计题目及摘要中出现的医学词汇,导入SPSS21.0中进行聚类分析及多维尺度分析,同时将数据导入Citespace 4.0中绘制关键词网络图谱及聚类图谱。结果现有文献研究表明,妊娠糖尿病对新生儿的分娩方式、体质量、血糖、体质、发育等方面均有影响,对妊娠糖尿病早期采取科学、合理的个体化干预措施,可以有效降低妊娠糖尿病对新生儿的危害。结论妊娠糖尿病患者要积极接受健康教育及个体化的治疗措施,定期检测血糖,避免引起妊娠糖尿病的危险因素;科研及临床工作者要加强对妊娠糖尿病影响新生儿生长发育的机制研究,并且要针对其不良影响,采取合理的分娩方式,降低孕妇及新生儿不良事件的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of gestational diabetes on the newborn,and to make reasonable suggestions based on the results to prevent neonatal malformations. Methods According to the set search condition,Periodical Database in China How Net were used,and searching results were saved. The bibliographic information statistical analysis tools SATI3. 2 were used to analyze the title and abstract appearing in medical terms,then import them into SPSS21. 0 cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis,and into Citespace 4. 0 network map to draw a keyword clustering map. Results The existing literature showed that aspects of gestational diabetes and its risk factors in the mode of delivery of newborns,weight,blood glucose,physical,developmental,etc. had correlations,adopting scientific and rational individual interventions for early pregnancy diabetes patients would be effectively suppressed the harm of gestational diabetes on newborns. Conclusion The gestational diabetes should be actively adopted health education and individualized treatment,regular testing blood glucose,and reducing risk factors for gestational diabetes; researchers and clinical workers need to strengthen the mechanism study on fetal growth and development of gestational diabetes,and not only concern about adverse effects,reasonable delivery,reduce the incidence of maternal and neonatal adverse events,but also conduct good long-term follow-up record,resulting in an overall increase of birth quality of population.
