摘  要:通过利用驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应五个层面因素构建土地生态安全指标体系,结合主成分分析法确定权重,采用TOPSIS模型对安徽省土地生态安全状态进行时间变化分析。研究结果发现,2004-2013年安徽省土地生态安全态势逐渐向好的方向转变,由不安全状态到临界安全状态,贴近度由0.383到0.605,共分为较不安全(2004年)、不安全(2005-2008年)、较不安全(2009-2012年)和临界安全(2013年)四个发展阶段;驱动力、状态、影响三个子系统贴近度呈现一定幅度的波动变化,生态安全状态由不安全到临界安全,呈现总体逐渐上升趋势;响应子系统贴近度由0.212到0.880,变化幅度较大,由不安全状态到比较安全状态不断升高,压力子系统生态安全状态则由比较安全到不安全,呈现逐渐下降的趋势。建议今后政府工作中应当加强经济发展与生态保护协调发展,严格控制人口规模,解决耕地占用等矛盾问题,提升土地生态安全水平。By using five factors including driving force,pressure,state,response and impact,it constructs the index system of land ecological safety,and determines the weight combining with principal component analysis method,and the temporal variation on the status of land ecological security in Anhui Province is analyzed based on TOPSIS model The research results shows that: the land ecological security situation of Anhui Province from 2004 to 2013 gradually changes from unsafe state to critical safety state,which the applicability is from 0. 383 to 0. 605 and is divided four stages including less secure( 2004),unsafe( 2005-2008),less secure( 2009-2012) and critical safety( 2013). The applicability of the driving force,the state and the impact subsystem showed a gradual upward trend with a certain extent of fluctuations which ecological security state changed from not safe to critical safety. The applicability of response subsystem is from 0. 212 to 0. 880,the change range is relatively large,which ecological security state continuously increase from unsafe to safer,but the ecological security status of the pressure subsystem is gradually decreased from safer to unsafe. The result suggests that the government should coordinate economic development and ecological protection,control the population scale and resolve the problem that construction land occupies farmland in a shambles for promoting the level of land ecological security.
