摘　　要：虽然林农合作组织正从传统的合作组织向新型的合作组织转变,但如何吸纳更多的林农加入合作社,林农合作组织怎样运行才能增加更多的绩效,激励机制如何更好地促进林农合作组织良性发展,仍是困扰林农合作组织发展的核心问题。针对简单借鉴企业治理所采用的产权治理理论来分析合作社的合作问题与治理机制的现象,在指出当前关于林农合作组织及其治理的错误认识基础上,构建分离均衡的林农合作组织治理的经济学分析框架,论证信息治理有助于解决林农合作过程中的分离均衡问题,进而提出推进会计建设是林农合作组织生成与运行信息治理的务实道路。Although forest farmers cooperatives are changing from the traditional to a new type,how to absorb more farmers to join the cooperatives,how to run it to increase its performance,in what ways the incentive mechanism can better promote its benign development have been key problems in the forest farmers＇ cooperatives development. There are some improper ideas now which take the property management as the foundation,and adopt the enterprise managemet analysis simply to analyze the forest farmers cooperatives. The current wrong ideas on forest farmers cooperatives and its governance are pointed out,and the economics analytical framework of separating equilibrium for forest farmers＇ cooperatives is constructed,and it has been demonstrated that information governance will help to solve the separating equilibrium problem during forestry cooperation process. Finally,it is suggested that the construction of accounting system is the feasible way to form the forest farmers＇ cooperatives and run the information governance.
