区域创新驱动发展战略实施的障碍因素及其对策——以福建省为例

摘　　要：加快实施区域创新驱动发展战略,对于提高我国社会生产力和综合国力具有重要作用。在分析我国区域创新驱动发展战略实施面临的国内外新形势的基础上,以区域创新体系分析框架为依据,以福建省为例,从创新活动主体、创新环境、创新活动主体之间联系、创新活动主体与区域创新环境之间联系和创新网络等5个方面,分析了新形势下区域创新驱动发展战略实施的障碍因素,并据此提出了相应的解决措施。Speeding up the implementation of regional innovation-driven development strategy has an important role in improving China＇s social productive forces and overall national strength. Based on the analysis of the new situation of China＇s regional innovation-driven development strategy is facing at home and abroad,the analysis framework of the regional innovation system as the basis,taking Fujian as an example,from the 5 aspects of innovation subject,innovation environment,innovation activities,innovation activities of the main body between the contact and regional innovation environment and innovation of network,it analyzes the factors of the obstacles to the implementation of regional innovation-driven development strategy under the new situation,and puts forward corresponding solving measures.
