摘 要:文章以牛粪为底物的中温厌氧发酵沼液作为产絮基质,利用产絮菌F^+制备的生物絮凝剂絮凝率为83.8%,产量2.36 g·L^(-1)。着重考察了沼液生物絮凝剂投加量、pH值、吸附反应时间和温度等因子对人工模拟电镀废水Cr^(6+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Ni^(2+)的吸附去除效能。结果表明,生物絮凝剂对金属离子的去除率(η)随投加量的增加而提高,单位絮凝剂吸附量(qe)降低,确定适宜的沼液絮凝剂投加量为20 m L人工模拟电镀废水投加3 m L;当溶液pH值为6时,Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)与Ni^(2+)的η较为理想,可达到84.3%,89.7%和63.2%;沼液絮凝剂对Cr^(6+)达到吸附平衡所需的时间最长为40 min,而反应温度高于40℃时沼液絮凝剂吸附中心活性显著下降,最终确定适宜的吸附反应时间应控制在40 min,反应温度控制在25℃~30℃进行最佳。The biogas slurry from mesophilic anaerobic digestion process of cow manure was used as substrates to produce bio-flocculants by bio-floeculants producing bacteria. The bio-flocculants production rate achieved 2.36 g · L^-1 and the flocculation efficiency was 83.8%. The study mainly investigated the effect of bio-floceulants dosing quantity, pH, adsorp- tion reaction time and temperature on removal rate of Cr6 + , Cu2 + , Zn2 + and Ni2 + from artificial electroplating wastewater. The results showed that removal rate was improved with the increase of bio-flocculants dosing quantity, yet, the unit floccu- lant adsorption quantity reduced. Dosage of 3 mL of bio-flocculants could obtain optimum removal rate. When the pH was 6, and removal rate of Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Ni2+ could achieve 84.3% , 89.7% and 63.2%. The Cr6+ required a longer time (40 min) to reach adsorption equilibrium. And the activity of flocculants adsorption center decreased significantly when the reaction temperature was over 40 ℃. So, the suitable adsorption reaction time should be controlled to 40 min and tempera- ture of 25℃-30℃.
