摘　　要：本文采用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)硅胶柱富集衍生气体中的丙酮,乙腈洗脱DNPH-丙酮衍生物,使用高效液相色谱测定洗脱液中的丙酮.并使用自行研制的丙酮渗透管,用动态校准仪配制出不同浓度的标准气体,对富集小柱在不同浓度丙酮标气和采气流速下的吸收效率和柱载量进行了系统研究.In the current study,2,4- Dinitrophenylhydrazine（ DNPH）-silica column was used as adsorbent for preconcentration and derivatization of acetone in gas,and the derivatives were eluted with acetonitrile. The acetone derivatives were determined by a high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） system. Various concentrations of standard gas were prepared by dynamic standard instrument with self-manufactured permeation tube of acetone. The adsorption efficiency and column capacity of the enriching column were studied under different concentration of standard gas and sampling gas flow rate.
