山东半岛蓝色经济区城镇化质量比较研究

摘　　要：在分析城镇化质量内涵的基础上,构建山东半岛蓝色经济区城镇化质量评价体系,运用熵值法得到区域内7地市的城镇化质量综合得分,并对城镇化质量等级、6项功能指标、城镇化组团及城镇化率加以研究.结果显示:通过综合测算及聚类分析将7地市划分为4种类型区,即城镇化低质量地区、中等质量地区、较高质量地区、高质量地区;6项功能指标中经济发展与城市建设、生态环境成正比,与居民生活、社会和谐成反比,居民生活与社会和谐基本同步;城镇组团方面,作为中枢地带的"青—潍—日"组团一体化发展滞后,"烟—威"、"东—滨"协同性相对较好,3大城镇组团间并未形成良好互补;城镇化质量与城镇化率高度正相关,基本上符合可持续发展的环境友好型城市建设方向.Based on the connotation of urbanization quality,we construct the urbanization quality evaluation system of the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula,then get the comprehensive score of urbanization quality of 7 cities in this area using the entropy method. Besides,the urbanization quality rank,6 functional parameters,urbanization group and urbanization rate are researched successively. The results show that 7 cities can be classified into 4 category-areas according to clustering analysis： low-quality area,medium-quality area,high-quality area and superior-quality area; Among 6 functional parameters,economic development is proportional to urban construction and ecological environment,but is inversely proportional to the quality of residents＇ life and social harmony which are basically synchronous. In the aspect of urban group,group integration development of Qingdao-Weifang-Rizhao which is located in the central region is seriously defective and lacks synergy,while the coordination of Yantai-Weihai and Dongying-Binzhou is relatively good. There is no favorable complementarity among the three largest urban groups. In addition,urbanization quality is highly correlated to urbanization rate,which basically conforms to the direction of the environmentally friendly city with sustainable development.
