含银抗菌敷料在创面治疗中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：具有广谱抗菌作用的含银敷料,已被广泛应用于各种创伤的治疗,其可充分降低创面感染率,维持创面湿性环境,促进创面愈合。该文阐述了含银敷料的抗菌机制、生物活性及含银敷料对湿性愈合的影响,并系统地介绍了市面上含银敷料的种类、临床上的使用情况及可能出现的不良反应。With wide-spectrum antimicrobial effect,the argentiferous dressing has been widely used in the treatment of various kinds of trauma.It can decrease the infection rate,maintain the moist circumstance of the surface of the wound,and also improve the mending.This article introduces the antibacterial mechanism and the bioactivity of the argentiferous surgical dressing,and the effect on moist recovery.In addition,this article systematically presented all kinds of argentiferous dressing that are on the market,their clinical usages and also the possible side effects.
