摘  要:以电石渣、水玻璃为原料,采用水热合成工艺制备多孔硅酸钙,考察了电石渣活化温度、石灰乳的消化时间、水热合成条件等因素对多孔硅酸钙的影响.研究发现,最佳的工艺条件为:电石渣煅烧活化温度950℃,消化时间2 h,按照钙硅比(Ca O/Si O2)1.0、反应温度105℃、搅拌速度800 r/min的进行水热合成反应.利用电石渣制备多孔硅酸钙为电石渣的综合利用开辟了新的思路.The calcium silicate was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis process using carbide slag and sodium silicate as raw material. The factors included the activation temperature of carbide slag, digestion reaction time of lime, and conditions of hydrothermal influenced on porous calcium silicate were investigated. The results indicated that, after activation at the temperature of 950 ℃ by calcination, carbide slag had been prepared into lime milk by digestion reaction in 2 h, and the best porous calcium silicate had been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis process under the reaction conditions include the ratio of CaO/SiO2 was 1.0, the temperature of reaction was 105 ℃ and the stirring speed was 800 r/min. The research work opened up a new way for carbide slag comprehensive utilization.
