水胶体敷料与超薄型美皮康治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨水胶体敷料在PICC所致机械性静脉炎中的运用价值。方法:将2015年1月-2016年1月在笔者所在科室就诊进行PICC穿刺所致机械性静脉炎患者412例作为研究对象,完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各206例。观察组应用水胶体敷料,对照组选用超薄型美皮康,两组其他治疗及护理方法完全相同,最后比较两组患者痊愈耗时、痊愈费用及患者舒适度。结果:观察组痊愈耗时(9.2±2.7)d,和对照组(8.7±2.8)d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组舒适度91.75%(189/206),对照组舒适度为89.81%(185/206),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组费用(2467±324)元,对照组为(3867±527)元,观察组费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体敷料能有效治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎,且费用更低值得推广。Objective：To investigate the application value of hydrocolloid dressings in PICC induced mechanical phlebitis.Method：From January 2015 to January 2016,412 patients who treated with PICC puncture with mechanical phlebitis in our department were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,206 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hydrocolloid dressings,but the control group was used a ultra-thin Mepilex,other treatments and nursing methods in two groups were identical.Finally,the time of recovery,the cost of recovery and patient comfort in two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group,the cure time was（9.2±2.7）d,compared with the control group（8.7±2.8）d,the difference was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）;the comfort in the observation group was 91.75%（189/206）,in the control group was 89.81%（185/206）,the difference was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.But the expenses in the observation group was（2467±324）yuan,was significantly lower than the（3867±527）yuan in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The hydrocolloid dressings can effectively treat the mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC,and the cost is lower.
