摘  要:利用连续退火模拟试验机对两种含Nb中锰钢进行Q&P热处理试验,通过SEM、EBSD、拉伸试验及X射线衍射法研究了不同淬火温度对含Nb中锰Q&P钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:淬火温度通过影响初生马氏体量进而影响最终室温奥氏体含量,其中对5Mn钢的影响低于7Mn钢。当淬火温度为180℃时,5Mn-Nb钢获得的最大抗拉强度可达1041 MPa,伸长率为34.9%,强塑积可达36 000 MPa·%;7Mn-Nb钢在淬火温度为60℃的Q&P工艺处理下获得的最大抗拉强度可达1245 MPa,伸长率为32.4%,强塑积可达40 338 MPa·%。The Q&P (quenching and partitioning) process of two kinds of Nb-bearing medium-manganese steel was carried out using a thermo-mechanical simulator CCT-AY-U. Effect of various quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of these experimental steel was investigated by means of scan electron microscope ( SEM ), electron backscattered diffraction ( EBSD ), tensile test and X-ray diffraction ( XRD), respectively. The results indicate that quenching temperature influences the retained austenite content at room temperature by controlling the content of primary martensite, while the effect on 5wt. % Mn steel is less than 7wt. % Mn steel. After quenching at 180℃ , 5Mn-Nb steel exhibits a maximum tensile strength of 1041 MPa with an elongation of 34.9% and the product of strength and ductility of the experimental steel could reach up to 36 000 MPa · %. After quenching at 60 ℃, 7Mn-Nb steel shows an maximum tensile strength of 1245 MPa, with an elongation of 32.4% and the product of strength and ductility of the experimental steel could reach up to 40 338 MPa · %.
