摘  要:采用电场固溶和时效成形复合工艺对7050铝合金薄板进行处理,用Thomas-Fermi理论重点研究了外加静电场对7050铝合金时效成形后回弹率及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着电场固溶强度的增加,时效成形件的回弹率被影响程度较明显。当固溶电场强度为1.7 kV/cm时,时效成形薄板件的回弹率最小,为15.81%,与未经电场固溶的时效成形件相比,静电场固溶有助于降低其回弹率,而电场固溶能大幅度提高时效成形件的伸长率,但对其抗拉强度和硬度值的影响不大。The combined process of electric field solution and aging forming on 7050 aluminum alloy thin sheet was implemented,the effect of additional electrostatic field on springback rates and mechanical properties of the thin sheet after aging forming based on the theory of Thomas-Fermi was studied. The results show that the influence degree to springback rates of forming sheet is obvious with the increase of solution electric field intensity,the lowest springback rate is 15. 81% when the solution electric field intensity is 1. 7 kV / cm,and compared to the untreated aging forming sheets,the method of electric field solution contributes to reduce their springback rates,and also can greatly improve the elongation rate of age forming sheet,while the influence to the tensile strength and hardness is nonsignificant.
