摘  要:目的考察天麻素在不同溶剂中的稳定性。方法利用HPLC法,对天麻素在稀乙醇、50%甲醇、50%乙腈、水、乙腈-0.5%磷酸(3∶97)溶液中的稳定性进行分析。对在不同溶剂中天麻素及生成物的保留时间、峰面积积分值进行考察比较。结果天麻素在各溶剂中稳定性有较大差别,在水、乙腈-0.5%磷酸(3∶97)较稳定;在稀乙醇、50%甲醇、50%乙腈中不稳定,分别不同程度的发生可逆反应,转化成其他物质。结论天麻素在50%乙醇、50%甲醇、50%乙腈中不稳定,用以上溶剂作为天麻素提取溶剂时,需蒸干后以水复溶解。Objective To investigate the stability of gastrodin in different solvents. Methods HPLC method was used to analyse the stability of gastrodin's in 50% ethanol,50% methanol,50% methyl cyanides,water and methyl cyanides-0.5% phosphoric acid. Then the retention time and peak area of gastrodin in different solvents were compared. Results There were great differences in stability of gastrodin in different solvents. In water and methyl cyanides-0.5% phosphoric acid no new substance was formed. But some transformed to other new substances in 50% ethanol,50% methanol,50% methyl cyanides. Conclusion Gastrodin is of instability in 50% ethanol,50% methanol,50% methyl cyanides. If using those as solvent,it should be evaporated and dissolved by water.
