腰椎间盘突出症SDS9800牵引减压非手术治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察SDS9800脊柱减压牵引系统(简:SDS9800系统)在腰椎间盘突出症中的临床疗效并总结相应的护理体会。方法 2012年1月—2015年1月,笔者所在科应用SDSS9800系统对共计248例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行非手术综合治疗,及相关的针对性的护理。通过随访,在疼痛、功能及生活质量方面对其疗效进行总结和判定。结果患者治疗后VAS疼痛评分,Lehmann腰椎功能评分及SF-36生活质量评分较治疗前均有明显的改善和提高(P<0.05)。所有患者均进行了6个月科学严密的随访,未发现严重的并发症。结论 SDS9800系统在腰椎间盘突出症的非手术治疗中有着良好的治疗效果,能够有效地降低患者的疼痛,改善患者腰椎功能及提高生活质量,并且无明显的并发症,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症较好的安全的非手术治疗方法。而其中整个治疗过程中,笔者所在科恰当、有效及科学和富有针对性的护理工作是最终取得良好疗效的关键。Objective To observe effects of SDS9800 system in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and summarize nursing experience. Methods From 2012.01 to 2015.01,the SDSS9800 system was used in the 248 patients with lumbar disc herniation,along with corresponding nursing. Clinical outcomes were evaluated by visual analogue scale （VAS） of pain during the operation,Lehmann and SF-36. Results All the patients were followed up at least 6 months after therapy. There were significantly differences and improvements on the VAS,Lehmann and SF-36 （P〈0.05） and no distinct complication was found. Conclusion The SDS9800 system can play a significant good role in the healing of lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively relieve the pain,improve the function and quality of life of patients. It is a safe and effective therapy. During whole treatment strict,appropriate and effective targeted nursing is the key to achive good curative effect.
