摘　　要：《金瓶梅》在食馔品类、饮食方式、欢饮情节等丰富多彩的饮食描写中,饱含情色意味并具有深刻文学寓意。《金瓶梅》体现出由食传情的文字蕴意,将角色对食物的享用引向身体欲望层面。食、色是西门庆日常生活的重要部分,以此建构小说的线索指引与价值导向,形成食色相融的叙事线索,推动情节展开,预示人物命运。饮食中蕴含着对情欲的贪恋、显现出欲望的膨胀。饮食也是妻妾争宠的工具,是一种权力媒介与情色媒介,带有鲜明的男权社会特色。西门庆在食色狂欢中陷入迷失,走向自我欲望的膨胀,这是一种感官的迷失,也是人生的迷失。The Golden Lotus has rich and colorful diet on category of food delicious,diet and drinking.The writing has full of erotic and profound literary meaning. The Golden Lotus reflects text information and direct role for food for the body desire. Food and sex are important part of Xi Menqing in daily life,to construct novel clues guidance and value guidance,form the food hue melting narrative clue,plot and character destiny.Diet contains of erotic desire,showing the expansion of the desire. Diet is also a harem rivalry tools,is a kind of media of power and erotic medium,with distinct characteristics in the patriarchal society. Xi Menqing get lost in food carnival,to the expansion of the desire,this is a kind of sense of lost,is lost in life.
