摘　　要：针对国内漆包铜扁线多规格、小批量的需求现状,研究了漆包铜扁线的毛毡法涂漆工艺,系统地介绍了该工艺的实施方案、关键流程、辅料及其制备方法。结果表明:该工艺可简化生产流程、提高成品率,并大大降低漆包扁线的生产成本及劳动强度。In order to improve the status of various-norms and small-scale production about emameled copper fat wire, a technology using felt method to japan enameled copper flat wire is proposed. The implementation plan, key processes, accessories, and preparation method of it are detailed. The results show that the new technology can simplify technology craft, improve the quality of the products, and reduce domestic enameled copper flat wire production cost and labour intensity.
