摘　　要：目的对拟行输尿管软镜手术前留置双J管居家休养患者进行护理干预。方法通过成立专业小组和建立管理档案,对患者在离院前后进行评估和健康教育,掌握患者遵医行为,对其实施规范居家管理。结果患者居家休养和住院治疗得到同样的护理管理,保证患者安全。结论弥补了患者居家休养期间的护理缺失,保证患者能按预期接受手术。Objective To provide nursing intervention for the patients at home undergoing flexible ureteroscope who are indwelling double J tube. Methods We evaluated patients and provided health education for them before and after departuring from the hospital by setting up a professional team and establishing archives of management, so that we could master their medical behavior Results The patients recu could ensure the safety of at home, and ensure that and implement standard home management for them. perating at home could receive the same care management as hospitalization, so we them. Conclusion We can make up for the lack of care of patients during recuperation the patients can undergo surgery as expected.
