路径管理模式在养老机构失能老人照料中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究路径管理模式在养老机构失能老人照料中应用,并探讨其效果。方法选择养老机构失能老年人60名,按照设计的路径管理图表对其实施照料护理。6个月后采用自身前后对照研究,以焦虑、抑郁及皮肤、营养状况和满意度为观察指标,比较干预前后路径管理模式的应用效果。结果按照路径管理模式对养老机构失能老年人实施照料护理6个月后,GDS、HAMA得分均显著低于干预前,皮肤和营养状况、满意度得分均显著高于干预前,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用路径管理模式对失能老人进行照料,能改善老年人的情绪及皮肤、营养状况,提高了老年人的满意度,使失能老年人获得最佳照护服务,同时提高养老机构的照护质量及管理水平。Objective To study the effects of pathway management mode applied to caring for disabled elders in old-age care institutions. Methods 60 elders were selected from old-age care institutions, who have been cared according to the pathway management map for 6 months. After intervention, the effects were compared with that before the treatment. The observational indexes were the status of emotion and nutrition, and the degree of satisfaction. Results After caring for 6 months, the elders＇ scores of GDS and HAMA were lower than that before intervention. The status of skin and nutrition were better, and their degree of satisfaction was enhanced compared with before. These results indicated there was a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Caring disabled elders by pathway management mode which was the best care to them can improve those status of motion, skin, and nutrition, enhance those degree of satisfaction and advance the quality of care and management level in oldage care institutions.
