集束化护理在PICC置管中的应用现状

摘　　要：外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)目前在临床上广泛应用,尽管它为患者提供了安全静脉通路,但是仍有发生各种并发症的风险。查阅文献,实施集束化护理能够有效预防和降低并发症。通过对以往研究的分析与总结,分别从PICC置管技术临床应用、PICC置管常见并发症、PICC置管中存在的护理问题、集束化护理在PICC置管中的优势等方面进行了综述,旨在更好地护理PICC患者。Peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） is currently widely used in clinical practice, although it provides a safe venous access for patients, it also has the risk of different kinds of complications.Through analysis and summary of the previous studies, the authors review the clinical application of PICC, PICC catheter complications, PICC catheter problems that exist, cluster nursing advantages of PICC, in order to provide the better guiding for use of PICC in patients.
