摘　　要：随着基础医学实验改革的深入,高职高专院校办学规模不断扩大,招生人数不断增加,实验室资源紧缺问题更加突出。针对实验室资源的有限性,分析了实验室资源共享存在的问题,探讨了高职高专院校医学基础实验室资源共享实施对策。为推动跨学科实验室的改革,提高实验室素质,增强实验室活力,利用有限资源获得最大投资效益奠定更加坚实的基础。With the deepening of the reform of basic medical experiments, the scale of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities has been expanding, the number of students has been increasing, and the shortage of laboratory resources has become more and more serious.In this paper, based on the limited laboratory resources, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the sharing of laboratory resources, and discusses the Countermeasures for the implementation of resource sharing in medical laboratory in higher vocational colleges. In order to promote the reform of the cross disciplinary laboratory, improve the quality of the laboratory, enhance the vitality of the laboratory, and use the limited resources to obtain the maximum investment benefit to lay a more solid foundation.
