摘　　要：信息不对称理论是微观经济学中的重要研究内容。针对目前高校实验室安全管理中的信息不对称问题进行了深入分析和研究,对实验室安全管理中的逆向选择和道德风险问题提出了相应的对策,通过信息化建设、管理业绩考核、人员信息意识培养等方式,提升高校的实验室安全管理水平。The asymmetric information problem is an important part of microeconomics. This paper researches the asymmetric information problem of safety management of laboratory deeply. In order to improve the level of safety management of laboratory, it offers some methods to solve the problem of adverse selection and moral hazard,such as informationization construction, performance evaluation, information consciousness cultivation and so on.
