摘　　要：阐述了经济与管理实验教研环境开放共享的必要性,分析了目前高校教研环境开放共享的现状和存在的不足。以中央财经大学国家级实验教学示范中心自主研发的彩云教学平台建设和应用为例,分享了利用虚拟化技术实现实验教研环境开放共享的经验,展示了虚拟化技术在实验教研领域的优点以及教研环境开放与共享对促进学生学习的积极作用。This paper discusses the necessity of the opening and sharing of experimental teaching and research environment of Economics and Management, and analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the opening and sharing of this environment in colleges and universities. Taking Caiyun teaching platform independently developed by National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center at Central University of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper shows the experience about the sharing of experimental teaching and research environment by using virtual technology, and demonstrates the advantages of using virtual technology in experimental teaching and research field. The opening and sharing of experimental teaching and research environment play a positive role in promoting students＇ learning.
