摘 要:以杂交节水抗旱稻‘旱优73'和‘旱优3号'及其亲本为材料,采取一种高通量96深孔板提取水稻DNA的方法进行杂交种子纯度鉴定。结果表明:该提取方法获得的DNA纯度高,能满足正常的SSR分析,利用引物RM208和RM336扩增的条带清晰可辨,可对‘旱优73'和‘旱优3号'杂交种子纯度进行准确鉴定。The purity of rice hybrid seed was identificated by a method of high throughput DNA extraction in rice with deep-well plate,taking the hybrid water-saving and drought resistance rice ' Hanyou 73 ' and' Hanyou 3' and their parents as materials.The results showed that the purity of DNA obtained by the method was high and could meet the normal SSR analysis.The amplified bands by primer RM208 and RM336 were clearly,and the purity of hybrid seeds of ' Hanyou 73 ' and ' Hanyou 3 ' could be accurately identificated by the method.
