摘  要:以富含β-胡萝卜素转基因水稻EH喂养大鼠,在90 d喂养试验结束后,分别对大鼠十二指肠、回肠、咬肌及肠道微生物进行相关基因PCR扩增,分析特异性片段在大鼠体内的转移情况。结果显示:试验中饲喂含45%转基因大米饲料、含45%亲本‘中花11'大米配合饲料和全价营养饲料的所有大鼠均未发生基因水平转移,表明转基因水稻EH中的外源基因没有向大鼠的组织和肠道微生物进行转移。The rats were fed with transgenic rice EH enriched with beta carotene,after the 90-day feeding experiment,associated genes were amplified by PCR in duodenums,ileums,masseter muscles and gut microbes of the rats respectively.Metastasis of specific fragments in rats was analyzed.The results showed that horizontal gene transfer wasn' t discovered in any rats in the experiment whether they were fed diets containing 45%transgenic rice or parent rice ' Zhonghua 11',the same as the full price nutrients feed.Evidence accumulated demonstrated that exogenous genes of transgenic rice EH did not transfer to the tissues and intestinal microbes of the rats.
