摘 要:为了准确预测厚皮甜瓜幼苗的发育期,提高育苗效率和幼苗质量,对较大温度变化范围内的5次育苗试验数据进行分析,建立了基于累积热量单位的甜瓜幼苗发育期模拟模型。结果表明:甜瓜幼苗期可精确地划分为出苗期、子叶展平期、一片真叶期、二片真叶期、三片真叶期、三叶一心期;完成各生育期所需的累积热量单位分别为2 283.7℃·h、527.8℃·h、2 162.4℃·h、2 104.2℃·h、2 266.0℃·h、1 320.1℃·h;完成幼苗全生育期所需的累积热量单位为10 664.3℃·h。模型检验表明预测性较好。In order to accurately predict the development stages of muskmelon seedling and improve the efficiency of nursery and the quality of seedling,5 plug seedling experiments in a contrasting temperature range were conducted and the effect of accumulated thermal units(∑Tu) on muskmelon development was studied,a simulation model for development stage was built as well based on ∑Tu.The results showed that seedling stage could be accurately divided into emergence period,cotyledon flattening period,one true leaf period,two true leaves period,three true leaves period,three leaves and one half leaf period.∑Tu demanded for each period were2 283.7 ℃·h,527.8℃·h,2162.4℃·h,2 104.2℃·h,2 266.0℃·h,1 320.1℃·h respectively.∑Tu demanded for whole seedling growth and development stage was 10 664.3℃·h.Simulation model validation results showed that the model possessed higher accuracy and practicality.
