摘 要:研究了高频率使用苄嘧磺隆对固氮鱼腥藻细胞生长和抗氧化酶系统的影响,并深层次地探讨了苄嘧磺隆的生态毒性。结果表明:在固氮鱼腥藻生长周期内高频率使用高浓度(0.1—100 mg/L)的苄嘧磺隆,即使用2—3次时,显著抑制了固氮鱼腥藻的生长,明显改变了它的细胞数、异形胞数、黄化和解体细胞百分比;在一定时间范围内用不同浓度的苄嘧磺隆处理固氮鱼腥藻时,随着使用频率的增加,其抗氧化系统活性升高,当浓度大于0.1 mg/L时,固氮鱼腥藻的SOD、CAT、POD活性变化显著。本试验结果可为苄嘧磺隆的正确推广使用提供依据。The cell growth and antioxidant system of Anabaena azotica were investigated under highfrequency application of bensulfuron methyl,and the ecological toxicity of bensulfuron methyl was further examined.The results showed that in a growth cycle of A.azotica,application of bensulfuron methyl at 0.1—100 mg/L for 2—3 times significantly inhibited A.azotica growth and largely changed its cell number,heterocyst number and percentages of its etiolation and disintegration cells.When A.azotica was treated with differentconcentration bensulfuron methyl within a certain period,its antioxidant system activity rose with applying frequency increasing;and when the concentration was over 0.1 mg/L,its SOD,CAT and POD activities varied significantly.The above experimental results could provide reference for rational application of bensulfuron methyl.
