层叠式立体笼养肉鸡舍环境参数分布规律研究

摘　　要：为研究层叠式立体笼养肉鸡舍舍内环境参数变化规律,采用分次多点测量法,对山西省某公司养殖基地的一栋上述鸡舍内的温度、湿度、二氧化碳、氨气和空气菌落进行了定量检测。结果表明,在水平方向上,舍内近风机端位置的温度在不同日龄均高于其他位置,舍内不同位置湿度无显著差异（P〉0.05）,靠近湿帘端附近的空气中氨气浓度与其他位置相比较低（P〈0.05）,从近湿帘端位置到近风机端位置,舍内二氧化碳浓度呈现逐渐升高的趋势,随着日龄的增加,舍内菌落总数含量逐渐升高,在近风机端位置的空气菌落总数显著高于舍内其他位置（P〈0.05）。在垂直方向上,笼养肉鸡上中下三层之间温度、相对湿度、二氧化碳、氨气和空气菌落总数均差异不显著（P〉0.05）。同时,相关数据还表明舍内环境温度保持在20℃左右,湿度保持在40%-50%,能够满足不同日龄肉鸡生长所需温湿度要求。The paper was conducted to detect the indoor environmental quality parameters of broiler house with three-overlap cages and analyze the differences among four positions in the house. The results reflected the distribution discipline of environmental quality parameters from the horizontal and vertical aspect. Horizontally,the temperatures near the cooling fan were higher than those in other position at different age of broilers,while the humidity was generally similar in the house（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile,the concentration of ammonia near the wetted pad was lower than that in other places in the house（P〈0.05）. In addition,the carbon dioxide concentration was increased gradually from the cooling fan position to the pad position. The total amount of colony near the fan was higher than those inother position（P〈0.05）. If the age of broilers was taken into consideration,the aerobic bacterial count in the air would increase with the increasing age of broilers. From the vertical aspect,the temperature,relative humidity,CO2,NH3 and the total number of bacterial colony had no significant differences among three-overlap cages from top to bottom（P〈0.05）. Overall,the results suggested that maintaining the ambient temperature at about 20 ℃ and the humidity at around 40% to 50% might maintain the minimum requirement of temperature and humidity of broilers at different ages.
