摘　　要：采用半精纺纺纱系统生产彩点针织纱工艺,通过优选原料搓制适宜半精纺工艺的彩点粒子,介绍彩点粒子原材料的选择和加工方法,阐述半精纺彩点纱生产工艺流程以及和毛、梳毛、纺纱、络筒等工序的技术要点和工艺参数配置。对在半精纺设备生产彩点纱过程中所遇到的技术难点,采取的技术措施和纱线粒子大小的选用进行了探讨。通过2个代表性产品的生产实践,生产出了风格独特、彩点附着性能好、可织性高的半精纺彩点针织纱产品,为半精纺彩点纱的生产提供了工艺方法和技术依据,提升了产品附加值。Processing of multicolor spot knitting yarn in semi worsted was discussed,the color particles that were suitable for semi worsted process were made through optimizing raw materials,the selection of raw materials and the processing method of color particles was introduced,technology key points and processing configuration in blending and carding process,spinning process and winding process were introduced. Technical difficulties in processing of multicolor spot yarn on semi worsted spinning equipment,and its technical measures and the selection of yarn color particles size were discussed. Based on the two representative products in the production practice,the production of a unique style,color particles were well adhered and high knitting performance multicolor spot knitting yarn in semi worsted,it provided some production processes and technology for the processing of multicolor spot knitting yarn in semi worsted,increased additional value of products.
