摘 要:选用5种规格的棉/毛混纺织物,利用FTT织物触感仪对反映织物弯曲性能、压缩性能、热传导性能、摩擦性能、粗糙表面性能的力学评价指标和织物光滑性、柔软性、保暖性的主要感官指标进行测试。运用模糊数学的灰色近优法对实验数据进行综合评估,计算近优度,得出产品的优劣顺序。结果表明:试样3综合性能最好;80/20棉/毛混纺比最佳,毛含量不大于10%时,对织物综合性能影响较小;高支高密织物触感更好;起绒织物较厚,保暖性增加。Five kinds of cotton/wool blended fabrics were selected by the paper. By using SDL ATLAS Company and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University developed the Fabric Touch Tester( FTT),mechanical measure indexs of fabric bending performance,compression performance,heat conduction performance,friction and rough' s surface properties and fabric smoothness,softness,warmth' s the main sensory testing indexs were tested. Gray nearly optimal method of fuzzy math was used to comprehensively assess experimental data. Premium degree was calculated. The better and worse order was gained. The results showed that synthetic performance of sample 3 was best; cotton/wool 80 /20 blending ratio was vintage. When wool content was not more than 10%,it had little effect on fabrics' overall property,tactile impression of high count and high density fabric felt better,pile fabrics were thicker,its warm would increase.
