摘　　要：基于新常态视角,对依赖消耗物质资源创造增加值的传统经济常态及其向环境资源常态转变的绿色经济转型常态和完全依赖环境资源推动经济社会发展的环境资源常态进行了分析,进而提出了环境资源新常态下的市场价格机制模型,论述了该市场价格形成机制的不同限域和不同规律。Based on the perspective of new normal, this article takes an analysis of environmental resource normal of economic social development fully relied on the push of environmental resource and the traditional economic normal relied on consumption of mass resource added value and its green economic transformation normal transformed to environmental resource normal, puts forward the market price mechanism model in the environmental resource normal, and discusses the different limit and rules for the market price formation mechanism.
