摘 要:目的采用3种不同环糊精(β-CD、HP-β-CD、CD-MOFs)对水飞蓟宾(SL)进行包合,比较不同环糊精对SL的包合率和溶解度的影响。方法采用正交试验设计,以包合率为指标,考察其最佳包合工艺比;利用IR、DSC和PXRD证明包合物是可靠的;采用UV测定包合物中水飞蓟宾含量和溶解度。结果成功制备了3种环糊精包合物,其包合率分别为13.94%、14.30%、16.32%,包合物中水飞蓟宾在水中的溶解度分别为原料的2.95倍、5.67倍、16.12倍。结论 3种环糊精包合物均能显著提高水飞蓟宾的体外溶解度,其中CD-MOFs的包合率最大,有望成为一种新型的包合材料。Objective Preparing three kinds of inclusion complex of Silybum marianum( SL) using β-CD,HP-β-CD and CD-MOFs,and investigating their corresponding inclusion rate and solubility. Methods The optimize programs used orthogonal experimental design and using the inclusion rate as index; The quality of inclusion complex is reliable was confirmed by IR,DSC and PXRD; The contend and solubility were determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy. Results Three kinds of inclusion complex of SL was successfully obtained,the corresponding inclusion rate were 13. 94%,14. 30% and 16. 32%,respectively. The corresponding solubility of SL were 2. 95、5. 67 and 16. 12 times as that of SL. Conclusion Three kinds of cyclodextrin inclusion can increase the solubility of SL,in which the inclusion rate of CD-MOFs is best,and CD-MOFs are expected to become one kind of new inclusion material.
