王不留行不同生育期干物质积累和黄酮苷的动态研究

摘  要:目的研究王不留行不同生育时期中不同部位干物质积累及黄酮苷含量的变化规律。方法采用称重法测定王不留行不同生育期干物质含量变化,高效液相法测定王不留行植株不同部位的黄酮苷含量。数据采用Excel 2003和SPSS19.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果将王不留行整个生育期划分为七个时期,王不留行单株干物质积累呈"S"型曲线变化,种子中的黄酮苷显著大于茎、叶中的含量,茎、叶中王不留行黄酮苷含量在4月份较高,成熟期种子中王不留行黄酮苷含量为0.410%,占单株总积累量的91.2%,显著大于茎、叶中的含量和积累量。结论以王不留行和黄酮苷积累量为王不留行的收获目标,种子为收获部位与药典一致,但其地上部位也含有黄酮苷,可以进一步深入研究。Objective To study the accumulation of dry matter and changes of flavonoid glycoside content in different growth and development duration. Methods Use weighing method to weight the dry matter and HPLC method to determine the content of flavonoid glycoside in the plant of Vaccaria segetalls. The data was processed and analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS19. 0.Results The growth and development duration was divided into seven periods. Dry matter accumulation of per plant showed " S" type curve changes,the content of flavonoid glycoside in the seeds was greater than in the stem and leaves. Conclusion Taking seeds and the accumulation of flavonoid glycoside as harvest aim. The seed as harvest aim in line with pharmacopoeia,but the above-ground part also contains flavonoid glycoside,which can be further studied.
