电针不同穴位对分娩大鼠痛阈及血清神经递质表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针不同穴位对分娩大鼠痛阈及血清神经递质表达水平的影响。方法 120例模型大鼠随机分为空白对照组,电针不同穴位组,药物组。进行相应处理后,应用热水甩尾测痛法观察大鼠痛阈;ELISA检测大鼠血清5-HT、NE、DA、Dyn表达水平。结果 16组大鼠痛阈值比较,干预前,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。配对t检验结果显示,除空白组外,其它各组均显著高于干预前。进一步LSD多重比较结果显示:与空白组相比,电针各穴位组及药物组痛阈明显升高。痛阈由低至高依次为空白对照组<血海组<合谷加三阴交组<合谷组<三阴交组<药物组。2干预后,6组大鼠血清5-HT、DA及NE表达水平不同程度降低,而DYN表达水平则出现不同程度提高,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。6组降低及提高作用由低至高依次为空白组<血海组<合谷加三阴交组<合谷组<三阴交组/药物组。结论电针不同穴位由低至高依次为空白对照组<血海组<合谷加三阴交组<合谷组<三阴交组<药物组,不同程度提高分娩大鼠痛阈及血清DYN表达水平;降低大鼠血清5-HT、DA、NE表达水平的镇痛作用机制。Objective To explore the curative different acupoints for delivery pain threshold of rats and the influence of serum levels of neurotransmitter expression. Methods 120 cases of rats were randomly divided into control group; group of electro-acupuncture at different acupoints; medical group,after appropriate processing,using the method of hot tail flick analgesia pain threshold in rats; ELISA detection of rat serum 5-HT,NE,DA,Dyn expression levels. Results（ 1） Pain threshold in six group,before the intervention,no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After the intervention,there was significant（ P〈0. 01）.Paired t test showed that apart from blank group,other groups were significantly higher than before the intervention. LSD multiple range further results showed that compared with the blank group,electroacupuncture at different acupoints and drugs group markedly elevated pain thresholds. From low to high pain threshold followed by control group〈 Blood group〈Hegu and sanyinjiao group〈Hegu group〈Sanyinjiao group〈Drug group.（ 2） Following the intervention of six groups of rats ＇ serum 5-HT,DA NE different expression level decreased DYN expression appeared improved,there were significant differences between the groups（ P〈0. 001）. Six group and increased from low to high order blank group〈Blood group〈Hegu and sanyinjiao group〈Hegu group〈Sanyinjiao group / medical group. Conclusion Order of electro-acupuncture at different acupoints from low to high for the control group〈Blood group〈Hegu and sanyinjiao group〈Hegu group〈Sanyinjiao group〈Drug group and improved childbirth pain threshold in rats reduced expression levels in rat serum 5-HT,DA,NE; enhance the analgesic effect of rat serum DYN expression mechanisms.
