摘 要:以跨省流动农民工为研究对象,分析了跨省流动农民工留城意愿的影响因素及其影响程度差异。基于"推—拉"理论模型,将影响因素划分为"外推力"组变量和"内拉力"组变量,并利用ologit回归模型进行了实证检验。结果显示:"外推力"组变量对跨省流动农民工群体留城意愿的影响程度高于"内拉力"组变量;在所有自变量对因变量的边际贡献中,跨省流动农民工对"就业前景的看法"项的弹性系数最高;工作环境、劳动合同、延长工时、薪资福利、家庭压力等项的弹性系数也较高。Taking workers of migrating between provinces for the research subject,this essay analyzes the willingness to stay in Beijing and it's influencing factors.Based on 'Push-Pull' Theory,this essay divides all factors for two part,which are 'Push' factors and 'Pull' factors,and uses Ologit Regression Model to get the result.As the result,'Push'factors have more effective than 'Pull'factors,and among them future employment outlook of marginal workers have the highest elasticity,and work environment,labor contract,extended working hours,compensation and benefits,family stress and so on also have higher contribution margin.
