摘　　要：考察十月革命后列宁领导世界上第一个社会主义国家建设过程中加强执政党建设和反对官僚主义的经验,从苏联解体教训看今天从严治党的重要性。This paper reviews the ruling party construction and anti- bureaucracy of the first socialist country in the world after the October Revolution and strengthens the importance of managing the party strictly from the collapse of the Soviet Union.
