摘 要:巷道底鼓问题一直是困扰煤矿科技人员的难题。随着采深的加大,地应力以及采动应力显现更加明显,巷道的帮顶支护技术随着材料、机具、工艺的创新已经被有效解决,矿山压力的显现只能在支护比较薄弱、或者说没有支护体的底板进行显现。这就造成很多巷道帮顶基本无变形,而底鼓十分严重。对常村矿煤层顶板运料斜巷底鼓问题进行了地质资料调查,根据底板岩层强度及破坏深度,制订了合理的加固方案及工艺,取得了良好的支护效果。The problem of floor heave of roadway has been a problem which haunts the coal mine workers,with the increasing of mining depth,ground stress and mining stress appear more obviously,according to the innovation of materials,machinery,technology,the problems of roadway sides' supporting technology have been effectively solved,mine pressure appear only in supporting relatively weak,or floor without supporting system. This can make a lot of roadway' sides not be damaged,and the floor heave is very serious. Geological data investigation was carried out for the problems of floor heave in inclined transport roadway in coal seam roof of Changcun Coal Mine,according to the strength of floor strata and the damage depth,reasonable reinforcement scheme and process was determined and applied in field,and has obtained good supporting effect.
