摘 要:为了提高大采高采煤机对复杂地质条件的适应性,提出了一种采煤机液压浮动支撑自适应调姿牵引机构,实现大采高采煤机的双列四驱动牵引,基于最小二乘方法,完成了对双列四驱动牵引整机力学模型的分析解算,并探讨了调姿牵引机构的刚度特性,利用ADAMS仿真软件分别对传统和调姿牵引机构的啮合特性进行仿真研究。结果表明:与传统单侧双驱动方法采煤机整机力学特性相比,双列四驱动牵引方式受力均布性明显改善,双导向滑靴侧向力减幅在42%~92%,调姿牵引机构的负载刚度大于200 k N/mm,同时得出啮合力随中心距增大呈不均匀递减。因此提出的液压浮动支撑自适应调姿牵引机构能够有效改善整机运动速度和加速度的波动,可为双列四驱动牵引采煤机的研制提供一种新思路。In order to improve large mining height shearer adaptability to the complex geological conditions,author proposed a shearer hydraulic floating support adaptive attitude adjustment traction mechanism,to achieve large mining height Shearer double row four-drive traction,based on least square method,completed the double rows of four driven traction machine mechanical model of analytical solutions for operators,and explores the attitude adjustment mechanism of the stiffness characteristics of traction,the use of simulation software ADAMS respectively tradition and attitude adjustment mechanism engaging traction characteristics simulation research,the results showed that compared with the traditional method of driving shearer double-sided mechanical properties,double rows four drive traction force uniform significantly improved,dual-oriented shoe lateral force reduction from 42% to 92% load rigidity posture traction mechanism was greater than200 k N / mm,while derived from the increased engagement force with the center was uneven decline. Therefore,the proposed floating support adaptive hydraulic attitude adjustment mechanism could effectively improve traction machine velocity and acceleration of fluctuation for the double row of four driven traction shearer developed to provide a new idea.
