摘 要:为充分回收稀缺的炼焦煤资源,对钱家营选煤厂重介块中煤进行解离再选试验研究,对破碎后产品中的1~0.25 mm粒级进行了干扰床分选机(TBS)分选预测,-0.25 mm细粒级进行了柱浮选优化试验及精选试验。结果表明,当要求精煤灰分为12%时,1~0.25 mm粒级物料经TBS分选可获得产率25.11%的精煤产品,-0.25 mm细粒级物料经传统浮选机一次浮选无法得到合格的精煤产品。通过对细粒级浮选精煤进行筛分试验,发现-0.045 mm粒级的夹带可能是精煤灰分超标的主要原因。SEM扫描结果及能谱分析表明,部分高岭石通过夹带进入了精煤产品,对精煤造成污染。为降低细粒精煤灰分,对-0.25 mm细粒级物料进行了高泡沫层浮选柱及精选试验,结果表明,浮选柱高泡沫层降低夹带的程度有限,而精选作业能够获得灰分11.91%、产率24.14%的合格精煤产品。In order to make full use of scarce coking coal resource,the experimental study on liberation and separation of the dense medium coking middlings from Qianjiaying Coal Preparation Plant was conducted in this paper.The teeter bed separator( TBS) was used for separation prediction of 1 ~ 0.25 mm size fraction. While the flotation separation performance of-0.25 mm size fraction was optimized by using column flotation and roughing-cleaning operation.The results showed that the final product of 1 ~ 0.25 mm size fraction with 25.11% yield and 12% ash content could be obtained by TBS.However,the satisfactory result could not be obtained for the fine fraction using the conventional flotation machine.The wet screening test was carried out to identify the reason for the high ash content of the concentrate,and the result showed that the water entrainment of-0.045 mm size fraction was a major cause,which made the ash of the final product exceed the required.The results with SEM-EDS showed that there was much fine kaolinite slime coated on the clean coal surface.The column flotation and roughing-cleaning operation were conducted to lower the concentrate ash content and the results showed that entrainment decreased with a limited extent with the higher foam layer,but the final product of-0.25 mm fine fraction,11.91% ash content and 24.14% yield,could be obtained with roughing-cleaning operation.
