摘  要:以含氢硅油、甲基丙烯酸十八酯、烯丙基环氧基封端聚醚化合物及N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等为原料,通过硅氢加成和环氧开环反应,成功制备一种功能性硅蜡聚醚氨基聚硅氧烷(AWPESO)。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和原子力显微镜分别对AWPESO的结构和膜形貌进行表征,并探讨其应用性能。结果表明,在单晶硅表面,AWPESO形成了非均一相粗糙硅膜,膜形貌主要由不清晰的连续相、直立尖峰以及大量微凸构成;在5μm×5μm的扫描范围内,膜表面的均方根粗糙度(R_q)为0.620 nm。应用AWPESO整理棉织物后,在织物纤维表面形成附着界面膜,显著增强了织物的柔软度、疏水性和回弹性等物理性能。Polysiloxane containing wax groups and polyether amino groups( AWPESO) was synthesized by hydrosilylation and ring opening reaction of polyhydromethylsiloxane( PHMS) with stearyl methacrylate( SMA),polyether epoxy compound and N-( β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane. And then,the structure of AWPESO was characterized by IR and1H-NMR,the film morphology of AWPESO was investigated by atomic force microscopy and application performance was discussed by the treat effect on the cotton fiber. The results show that AWPESO film on the wafer surface is very heterogeneous. There are many high and / or low peaks which may be derived from wax groups and polyether amino groups scattered on the film surface. The root mean square roughness( Rq) is 0. 620 nm in 5 μm × 5μm scanning field. As AWPESO covers the cotton fibers,the rigidity of the treated cotton fabric significantly decreases,the elasticity and hydrophobicity also improves.
